Great Technician

The first carpet cleaning wasn't good. It looked worse after than before. The second guy did a fine job and was able to clean most of the dirt/stains. The challenge is the second guy came in after we moved in so we still have stains under our furniture. Wish the job had been done right the first time. Hence the score of 7.

Heard great things about service, but when I called they tried to sell me on some ridiculously priced pet Oder cleaning. The 2 rooms still smell like dog pee. I will go back to using oxy cleaning service. Around the same price and carpet smells great.

My tech discovered a large spot of cat urine in one of my rooms. Apparently the previous owner had the carpet cleaned prior to selling and we had no idea it was there. On top of that, he was able to remove a significant amount of allergens from other rooms. I was amazed to discover what was really in my carpet!

I really love the professionalism of this company. A representative called me twice to update me on exactly when the technician would arrive. Tyler, the technician, is a very hard-working & friendly young man who goes out of his way to ensure people are satisfied with the work he does. I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez a couple of weeks ago and they look great. This past week, Tyler cleaned and sanitized the tile in my home -- I was astounded over the difference this cleaning made. Tyler also picked up an area rug that Zerorez will professionally clean for me. I'm extremely pleased with Zerorez!

24hrs later the hallway stains are reappearing.

Eric was professional, efficient, and answered all my questions with confidence. I'm one happy customer and will use this company again. Now time to schedule time to take my child to Hawaiian Falls.
