The service tech was AWESOME! I appreciate the fact that he payed attention to detail, he did not seem to be trying to rush through like some others I've used.
I LOVED your service. Incredibly prompt, professional, capable staff all the way down the line, everything. However, the carpets that were supposed to take 3-4 hours to dry were still wet by the next day (12+ hours later in the heat of Texas summer) and the entire house smelled sour.
I aired out the house in the heat for another day and they've now dried. Now I just smell the same unpleasant smells that were there before, which was my primary reason for having the carpets cleaned.
The carpet FEELS clean when you walk on it but it does not, and never did, smell any cleaner after your Zerorez cleaning method. That makes me give a '5' to the whole process, as I'm on the fence as to whether I'd go with the Zerorez method again, as opposed to a traditional method.
I like that you use steam rather than soap. My carpet dries faster than your competitors. The technician, Aaron, was very efficient, did a very good job, and was very nice.

I like the fact that there is no soap used which attracts dirt. Carpet is soft and clean without residues. Your technitions are professional, willing to answer questions, and very thorough. I always recommend your company!

We were given a window of 4-6pm on July 22nd. We didn't receive a call until after 6pm and it was to say that the tech would be here in 15-20 minutes. Then I received another call from the actual tech and he said it would be 45 minutes from THAT time. In the mean time, another tech was apparently dispatched, who proceeded to come to our house and was dishonest about his septic line being full (we know he was dishonest because he told the original tech that he ran out of gas), so he just didn't want to work. Anyway, so the tech that was originally scheduled showed up around 7:30 and finished 3 rooms and 100sq feet of tile in 1 hour. Needless to say, the carpet doesn't look much better. It was wet and our furniture couldn't be put back in place until the following day. This experience was terrible. Unless you want to come back out and redo the carpeted area, I am dissatisfied.

The crew was very attentive to detail. They were careful in moving furniture and explained to me what needed to be certain highly traffic areas. Everyone was very efficient from the first phone call until the door was shut when they left. Kudos for a job well done
