Clean process, no reside, dried fast.
Why have your techs were booties in the home when they also wear the same booties outside going between the house and truck - especially since I had a lawn guy working outside and dead grass covered the driveway which was tracked in?
I have never had one of your techs clean up after themselves. I mentioned his footprints on wood floors and he attempted to clean some of them. I once again had to re-clean my floors.
I was charged for an extra room when it’s barely anything to clean
The dependability of your gentlemen that come to clean the carpet and their knowledge and helpfulness and unequaled.
The wood floor is buckled from too much water. I was overcharge for the wood floor. Was supposed to be .75 to clean and put shine on it. One area of crout in the kitchen is very dark compared to the others.
I will never have you in again. I continue to feel you are ripping me off.
I will call to see if I can get at lease some $ back today.

The tech was late, he was unprofessional on the phone the entire time. I was trying to watch my 3 grandchildren and him. He didn't clean under my dining table ( I would have moved the chairs). My smaller bedroom (I would have moved the storage container and even the bed, if I would have known. I had to turn on the lights in the living room and master because he was trying to clean without the lights on?? On top of that I was charge for an extra room. 153.00.
