We have used your service many times. EXCELLENT QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!
Our technician was Darwin. He IS ALSO EXCELLENT.....professional, courteous, understanding our requirements! So polite and gracious in every way! (old school!)
He immediately noticed our need to clean our air ducts; got in touch with ZR and we had an air duct tech here that afternoon!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My carpet still has a urine smell and know it's all over and no longer isolated. First time you came out you were great...this time not so much. I called and left a message after service, explained on message my problem and have yet to hear back.
