Our technician was thorough. He was very polite. He kept me informed of what he was doing and offered other options for conditions affecting the outcome of cleaning our carpets.

He was very helpful and thoughtful- when I asked about spraying before cleaning he suggested cleaning first and then see how the stains looked bc he would try and save me money where he could. Very nice and respectful!
GIVEN A PRICE OF $99 FOR 3 ROOMS. WHEN TECH ARRIVED HE TRIED TO INCREASE PRICE FOR LIVING ROOM. HE SAID THERE WOULD BE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR AN OVERSIZED ROOM. THIS IS AN OLDER SMALL HOUSE WITH STANDARD ROOM SIZES. NOTHING WAS EVER SAID PRIOR ABOUT SQUARE FOOTAGE

Although I had to have the technician come back after my initial cleaning, everything was still done in a professional manner. My carpet just looks so much better and they were able to remove the pet urine smell. Thank you ZEROREZ for all that you did for me and my families carpet.
Our appointment was scheduled from 12-3pm. We received a phone call at 2:30 to inform us the employee would be there a little after 3. The employee didn’t get there till 4:30. We had other plans that evening that we cancelled because the carpet cleaning was not finished until almost 7pm. I understand things cause delays but more communication would have been appreciated.
