The professionalism of the associates who handled the appointment set-up all the way to the associate who cleaned our home.
Spots still remained on the office carpet. Invoice failed on email due to Norton stopping harmful download of material . Not good.

The technicians (Darwin and Joseph) who performed the work on our hardwood floors were very efficient and explained each step of the process. They had to do one area a second time because they were not satisfied with the way it looked after the first cleaning.
Service Advisors were very professional and knowledgeable. However, I just expected better results for the cost. I could've produced the same results, if not slightly better, by scrubbing the grout (with different chemicals) on my own (would've taken longer obviously, doing it by hand).
Rug wasnt really clean and delivery service was disorganized.
There was a notable difference in the cleanliness of the carpets and tile and the product did not leave a chemical or perfume smell during or afterwards.

I was very impressed with my service tech. Ricardo (?) was more low-key, but still very, very efficient than some of the other fellas you have sent out in the past. No heavy handed "sell" this time, just GREAT thorough work and results. I am more pleased than ever. The only thing that surprised me was that the hallway cleaning info on your website needs to be changed. You have a self-pricing section and the part for a hallway is just...well, sneaky. I thought it odd that it said "$2", but really didn't notice the tiny question mark next to the box....NOW I realize it is a per foot price. Just seems like that information could be made clearer than it is.
Gabriel arrived within the scheduled time and did a professional job. He checked several time with the customer during the cleaning to make sure everything was to her satisfaction.

Our carpet was clean and soft after it dried without any sticky residue. The light scent of the cleaner that was used dissipated as the carpet dried, which we greatly appreciate. The last time we had our carpet cleaned, the odor of whatever the other company used was so strong I could taste it in my mouth and it was making all my animals sneeze. It stunk for two days.
We're also happy about not being able to smell pet urine every time we walk past the den. We have some senior animals (13 and 16 years old) that have tinkle problems and sneak in there when we're not watching. It's hard to clean a spot immediately when you don't know it happened! Then it sits there and soaks down to the padding. Randy Ruffin, our tech, used Flash treatment in several areas that appeared to be favorites (he showed me with a black light) and it seems to have helped eliminate the smells quite a bit. Hopefully it will continue to discourage the critters from targeting those spots.
Randy was articulate, calm and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently without a lot of noise or ruckus, even when moving equipment in and out. Ordinarily when someone unknown enters my home, especially with machinery of any kind, it incites a riot. Randy's quiet, almost stealthy demeanor allowed the dogs to stay calm, which greatly reduced my own stress level, as well. He was patient in working with me to figure out the best solutions for the carpet and area rugs at a price that was manageable.
I would highly recommend Zerorez in the future and will most likely ask for Randy the next time we need services.
