Tyler did a very professional job and was very courteous
I was very disappointing. I paid for two services: (1) grout power wash; and, (2) carpet cleaning. The service people left an enormous amount of water (I was unaware and almost broke my foot when entered my bathroom 6 hours later). Moreover, there are white stains all over the tiles. The carpet cleaning was not very effective. Did not even washed the coffee stains from my carpet. I spent $480 for a very poor service.
Not happy; will not recommend, and planning to post a negative review on my Nextdoor neighborhood website.

Every encounter with you guys from the scheduling to the technician (Paul Fetui) was absolutely wonderful. Paul took the time necessary to get our carpet spotless and remove all traces of pet odor and its source. I didn't realize how bad it was in two rooms and was pretty embarrassed. He was so nice, putting me at ease - also took the time to explain how ZeroRez works and showed us the water and iodine test. We'll schedule having our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned very soon! Thank you!!!

Pet odor is still present, upholstery cleaning was no more effective than our prior efforts. Not the fault of the tech, he was great. Carpets look 100% better.

Your technicians were very informative and professional. We have been wanting to use ZeroRez for several months but because of our busy schedules with work and all of the kid's events, we never were able to get the timing right. Finally, it all came together and we were able to carve out an evening to get it done and wow what a difference. Well worth the wait. Our carpet is old and had a lot of life in it, you know, like spills and play doe and God only knows what else. I really thought that our next move was going to be rip it all out and start over...until you guys showed up. Your technician explained that some stains could not be removed but that he would do his best. Let me just say after several years of putting up with dirty stained carpet...I could not be more happy with the results. Our carpet looks almost as good as it did when we moved in to our home. I'd bet that 98% of the grime and stains came out. Now it looks great, smells great and I'm no longer embarrassed th have guests come into our home. I will definitely be recommending you to as many people as I can if they need their carpets done. GREAT WORK!!!

After the technician left, I ran my shampooer over a small portion of carpet and the water was black. I called and the customer service representative just wanted to argue with me. The technician was a great hard-working young man. He even got down on his hands and knees to smell the carpet to make sure it did not smell like urine. That is the reason that we didn’t get the pet stain treatment. The carpet looks better but is still very dirty.
