The carpet came out beautifully!

I wish we could have seen before and after pictures of my Mom's vents. I am sure they were filthy after 30 years, but it would have been nice to see just how much better they were after the service. Tristan was very nice and professional. No complaints about him. He did clean each vent individually as had bee recommended by the sales representative on the phone, however this often resulted in some debris blowing out onto furniture and counters underneath the vents. It was rather disturbing seeing mouse pellets all over the place, and we had to spend some time cleaning and disinfecting after the service was performed. Also, a couple days later we turned on the air conditioning and more stuff blew out and we had to repeat the process. Paying over $500, we expected the process to leave not only the vents, but the areas beneath the vents cleaner.
We also had Mom's carpets cleaned by Zerorez before Christmas. We have a stain that has appeared on an area of the carpet that was treated to protect from stains. I have tried getting it up using water as instructed, but it is still there. i asked Tristan about it when he was cleaing the vents and he suggested I contact your office. Please tell me how to remove the stain.
My carpet is so clean and spots I had were removed. The tech I had this past visit on 4/5 is the best tech I’ve ever had from any company in any city. So thorough and conscientious
This is the 2nd time I have used Zerorez. I was happy to call them again because of the excellent job they did the first time. I have horrible carpet. With no animals in my home and no spills happening I don't really understand why I get awful spots that come back over the months after it is cleaned so well. Each time Zerorez cleans the carpet for me it looks wonderful and very clean because they get rid of the ugly recurring spots. Supposedly the carpet was new when I bought the place, but I do have my doubts. Needless to say, I am very happy with the service Zerorez delivers. I will call them again.

Way to late for appointment. Waited all day. Offered option to reschedule, but who would do that
when the house is torn apart for the cleaning. Tile cleaning came out spotty. Ended up cleaning again. Grout not much better.

I have had carpet, rugs, and now hardwood floors cleaned by ZeroRez and the results have always been amazing. Everyone is super friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction!
Too much pressure for extra services. Tech said things like (if you don't get this extra service, at $75 per gallon) your pet stains probably won't come up and the cleaning will just stir up the smell. When I told him I could not afford that he said, "Well, I have this other thing that MIGHT help but no guarantees. The smells could still come back.
Also, he said the $75 per gallon item would only clean 3-4 spots. Ridiculous!
They did a phenomenal job at a more than reasonable price! Very polite, professional, thorough!
A few small stains did not come out and I felt the pricing was high
Even though my appointment was scheduled from 2 to 4 and the technician arrived at 5:30, it was worth the wait. He did an excellent job.
The product is solid - and while certainly not the cheapest out there, it's a true you get what you pay for!
Always do a really good job and the stains don't just come back. I like the really deep clean. The guys that have come out to do our jobs are exceptional workers and we appreciate their knowledge and advice.
It’s all very clean and no residue
This is the second time I've used Zerorez. Both times I felt like the technician sis an excellent job and worked very hard to take care of the problems I had.
Torrance, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained the services very thoroughly and explained the pricing details for the services that I selected. Our carpets look great now. Please tell him to keep up the great work.
