Carpets get clean and fiber is soft

The technician, Ricardo, was wonderful. He was just very efficient in what he did and had a great attitude!
I was not as pleased with customer service. When I scheduled the appointment I requested a morning appointment. They were supposed to call back two days before to schedule the two hour window. I did not receive a call until the day before. At that point I was told that my window was from 2-4. That did not work with needing to pick up my child, but I was told it was all that was available. I changed around my day and pick my child up early. Then I did not hear anything until nearly 4 when I got a call saying the technician was running behind and would be at least 30 minutes late. He then arrived around 5. In that case I could have left scheduling my day as it would have normally been. The lady that I talked to each time was not friendly and not at all accommodating or apologetic. If it were not for Ricardo doing a great job and being friendly I would have given this 3 stars.
Also, the email that I received said we would get 3 rooms, 100 sq ft of tile and an $50 steakhouse giftcrad for $99. I mentioned all of that when I made the appointment. We got the 3 rooms and tile, but there was no mention of the gift card. How is that received?
The appointment had to be rescheduled because of an apparently longer than anticipated job ahead of me, which I understand can sometimes happen. However, I had to call you at 5:00 because I had not received any communication and only then did I find out about the need to reschedule. Also, I had planned to have my couch cleaned but was shocked at the $20 per foot cost. For the cleaning that my couch received, that price is in no way reasonable. The gentleman that did the cleaning was very nice and did as good a job as he could. But I ended up paying an unreasonable price compared to your competitors and had to have the clean rescheduled because of the issues on your end. I was recommended to you by a co-worker, but I will most definitely not be recommending you to anyone else.

Randy was great........professional, couteous, and knowledgeable. But the cleaning process would not remove certain stains or carpet wear. It’s hard for the customer to know whether another process would work better. I relied on the recommendation of KLTY Radio. And despite the fact that you gave me a 10% discount for being a Vet, it only took a little over an hour to do the job (the house was empty so no furniture had to be moved, and the carpet vacuumed very well), so $222 seemed a little steep for the price, when there was little visible change in the cleanliness of the carpet when the cleaning was complete.

Aaron, the technician / personnel who cleaned the carpets was very professional and through in explaining the process and giving a brief demonstration. He worked continuously without a break and finished the cleaning in a reasonable time with good results. He took care to protect our walls and home. He did an outstanding job.

I loved my service tech, Garrett. He showed me examples of what the products can do for pet stains as well as other stains, showed me stains I could not see, and answered all of my questions and was very honest and professional. He explained what Zerorez means. The carpet is over 12 years old and looks great after cleaning. I am amazed! I rec'd. a free tile cleaning and am so pleased with how that area of tile is now white again!!! The ladies I spoke with over the phone were very knowledgeable about the company, the services provided and handled the booking and coupon right over the phone. Coupon used was by Valpak just for your information. I have already recommended Zerorez to 2 of my friends and have recommended that they ask for Garrett specifically. I am a very happy customer and will be a repeat customer in the future.

Quick and very helpful.
When someone pays to have area rugs cleaned (in our case we paid over $1,000 for this service), the people that bring the cleaned rugs back need to cover their shoes. This didn’t happen and the guys tracked dirt all over my rug pad (that goes under my area rug) when they tried to position the rug.
The technician Brian did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. This was the best cleaning we have had from other companies.
