How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpet did not look good and did not smell fresh. Coffee stains remained. After

the "free"tile clean we found scraps of chips under the toe space.

We will not use you again.

This is the first time I have used Zero Rez so I am not familiar with your products, however your service is excellent. I was very impressed with the tech that cleaned my carpets. Chase really explained what he was going to do and did a great job.

Rugs come out clean and service techs are polite and work carefully. I only use Zerorez to clean my carpet. This is the 3rd or 4th time.
