I have used Zerorez twice before and completely satisfied. This visit was completely the opposite. After the tech packed up his supplies I found: he hadn’t cleaned almost a quarter of a room and he forgot to do the tile. Both I pointed out and he did fix it but don’t think it should have been missed. Told the tech that needed to move furniture back onto floor and he didn’t offer a solution for protecting the wood furniture. Had to pry to figure he might have foam blocks in truck that we could use. Carpet was left soaked and tile had water puddles left after cleaning.
Nothing really disappointed me, it ended up being hard with the man cleaning carpets during dinner, and I wasn't expecting the tubes running through the house, I'd just had a housecleaner in the day before, he was friendly and courteous enough, I thought I might see how much was removed from the carpets so I could see the difference after but there was nothing like that, but the experience was fine.

We were not happy with the timing of our appointment. First of all, we had a large job (7 rooms and 15 stairs)- our time slot was 4-6pm. The technician didn’t arrive till after 7 and didn’t get started until after 7:30. The whole process was not done until around 9:30p. It made it very difficult to get kids to bed,etc.
We called the day before to inquire about an earlier time on the day of our appointment. We left a message and never got a call back.
We like that Zerorez uses eco-friendly empowered water to clean the carpets. Smell is a pleasant orange peel. Quick and efficient. Our technician discussed how zerorez was different and listened to what we needed for our specific situation. The floors look amazing ! Highly recommend!!
Service was great
The carpet cleaner was right on time and performed an excellent job. Once the carpet was cleaned, it took about 4 hours to dry. My carpet has never looked better. Thanks, Zerorez.

Really like the idea of a green product, no chemicals and made my house smell wonderful. Charles the tech who came did a great job! Will ask for him again. First time i have used Zerorez but will call you next time and have already told people about you.

I like that the product does not contain soap. I do not like that you only book appointments 2 days prior to the service. That does not work well for people with busy schedules.
I did not like that the job had to be redone because your first guy did a bad job. The second guy was awesome

The technician was very professional and did everything that I expected him to. Unfortunately, the process did not clean the carpets as well as I had hoped they would. The level of clean was not any different than when I used my own Bissell Home Carpet Cleaner.
