They guys did a great job of cleaning my carpet, were on time and friendly.
It was so neat to see all the hair and junk come out of my carpets. When the carpet dried, it felt soft....not crunchy like when others clean your carpet. The young man was professional and friendly.
I was convinced to spend 300$ over my original price and after a few days my carpets looked worse! I had To reschedule and block out time again to have it fixed. I dont think the water gets out the stains as good as chemicals do.
Work and service was done perfectly as asked.
The staff was very courteous, methodical and thorough. However the area still smells and doesn’t feel clean at all. The process/tools just didn’t work as advertised. Unfortunately, we will have to pay to have the area cleaned again. We will be seeking other options in future as this was a waste of money
I liked Zerorez because there was not a chemical smell and it dried in just a few hours, with my fans on high.

I like that it's a green product, I was impressed with the carpet protection, and our technician Jeff was very helpful, as he did a great job explaining everything to us.
We live in a rent house. The carpets were never cleaned from the last tenants. The carpets were pretty bad. Keith came in worked his magic and now the carpets are almost like new.
