Most of the reviews talk about the wonderful service but not about the quality of the carpet cleaning. Yes the service was wonderful. It was so nice to have someone with great knowledge who has been your employee for 25 years. Best of all however, is the appearance of our wool carpets, custom made in England. I spent some time researching carpet cleaning services. I did not want any damage to these carpets. I am so pleased with the results, specifically the colors which have been brought back to the same vibrant colors they were when new. So I would like to clearly note that the quality of the carpet cleaning is superior. Thank you so much.

Carpet cleaning is good because it stays clean much longer than with other carpet cleaning services. However, some stains are not thoroughly removed.

Get spot out and drys fast

Excellent job!! Carpet was cleaned very well and we enjoyed the gentleman who came out. He was very professional, explained the process thoroughly, and told us not to hesitate to ask questions if we had any. Super job!

Jonathan Sexton did a great job and is very knowledgeable about what he does. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

I like that they used severu products on my carpet to get out all the stains. And the gentleman that cleaned my carpet was very nice and helped me move the couches and very helpful.

The technician I had was great. Very professional and easy to talk to.

I am happy with the cleaning, my only issue is the edge of the steps. As you don't use any chemicals, maybe your system can't get the edge. Several of mine have a darker edge due to a small dog that rubs on them. I can take a professional carpet wipe and get a lot of dirt off of the edge (which you can see because it's a lighter, commercial grade carpet) that the cleaning has not gotten the past two times.

Some of the areas where my pet had vomited are still visible.

Excellent service, from the first phone call to the follow up! Pet smell is gone and invisible, so my daughter gets to keep her Chihuahua! I am definitely recommending Zerorez to my friends and clients!

The carpets look basically exactly how they looked before and it looks like someone just lightly mopped for the tile/grout cleaning. This was definitely disappointing.

Your technician did a fine job on our carpet. It came out better than expected.

They were excellent on spot cleaning and did a great job with all the rest.

They had to come back for some missed blood spots and did so without hesitation and were pleasant and professional on the redo.

Adarius the technician was very professional and courteous. We really enjoyed welcoming him into our home, and he did an excellent jobs. All technicians could benefit from learning to be as respectful as Adarius.

My only complaint is the lack of communication from Zerorez regarding the delay in Adarius's arrival. We were given a 2pm-4pm window for our appointment. As we neared 4pm and had heard nothing from Zerorez, I called the main office. This never should have happened this way.

The tech that came to my home was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I had a great experience and hope that when I need service again I can have the same tech.
