The products used are environment friendly. I also feel the carpet stays cleaner longer with Zerorez.
No chemical being used and that it’s all natural.

My window for cleaning was from 2-4. I never dreamed my tech would be finishing at 10:15 pm. I had work the next day and my wake up time is 4:30 am. I would suggest letting customers know the estimated time for each job. My carpets were still damp the next morning when i left my house at 6am. My tech was extremely polite and very informative but I would never have guessed I’d have been up so late. I would have requested an early appointment.

The technician Ricardo did a great job on cleaning my carpet. He was very courteus and professional, personable and trust worthy.

Don't know if there is a question about the results. They were good but there is one spot that was missed and it's in a high traffic area Is there a way to get it treated?

I was not completely satisfied with the first visit and had to schedule another tech to come and fix what the first one did not do. Both techs were very friendly, polite and on time. The second technician actually had me look at the work he did and make sure I was satisfied with it. The first one did not do a walk through at all and told me stains were gone that were not. The second tech was worth calling Zerorez again. I wish we could have gotten him the first time.

It was the technician. He did a great job of explaining and providing information so I could make an informed decision. He restored my faith in your company. I had had my carpets done several years ago and had a very bad experience with your company so it took me several years to try again but I’m glad I did. The result was great .

The carpet looks and smells fantastic. Stains came up that I never thought could be removed. The technicians were professional and did a fantastic job.
While the technician who came out was friendly and on time, he did not do a great job with the tile and didn't tell me the truth about the stain in the media room on the carpet. The technician who came out today to fix the job was fantastic! The operator worked with me on the time and date for the second technician to come and fix the issues.
The rug that was cleaned did not lie flat after the cleaning. I was told once it dried it will lie flat, which didn't happen. I called Zeroez and spoke with a representative. I sent pictures to her e-mail address of the rug and was told she would be in contact. That was last week. Today is Wednesday and I have yet to hear from anyone from Zeroez. I will not and would not recommend this company to anyone.
