The team was courteous and professional. Did great work and were honest with me in what they could do to lower the price. The one thing I would say was negative was that my over the phone quoted price was drastically lower than what it ended up actually costing me. This wouldn't have been as big a deal if it wasn't over an $800 difference. (quoted at around $500, and final price ended up being over $1300)

The free tile cleaning offered was denied by the tech onsite. He stated it that it did not apply to the type tile installed in our house. Tile cleaning was not the primary reason we called Zerorez, but the freebie offered was definitely a big incentive to use them, yet it turned out that the offer is deceptively advertised. To make it right? -- I guess that would have to be that you deliver on the offer of 100 sq ft of tile cleaned free.

The technician was great, he was quick, very professional and made sure all the rooms were cleaned well but we've had the carpet cleaned in the whole house (4 rooms, office, hall way and stairs) before by other companies for the same price or at times a bit less. So that would be the only reason I may recommend another company 1st. Also we received a call prior to the appointment but they never told us what the block was on the message. We had to call back to find that info out, not a big deal but I thought I'd mention that.
The tech was very polite. He explained every process so that I would not be surprised by anything.
The tech also prepared and set up devices that protected all corners and walls from being scratched by the equipment. He picked up everything and wiped up any spills of droplets.
I was wonderfully surprised with the outcome. My late husband had a very large electric wheelchair that had made ruts and tracked carpet.

Explained process
I like that your products are green. Your service guys are always knowledgeable and friendly. They don't sell you products or services you don't need. Pricing seems reasonable and the carpet cleaning is way better than others. Highly recommend.
I can't remember the guys name but he was the bes! He was so professional. I love that he wore shoe covers and that he used the little mop to clean up drops of water that had fallen on the kitchen floor, when he finished shampooing the carpet. He didn't seemed rushed. He took his time and did a great job! Your company is only as good as the person that comes out to do the job. Well, this guy really represented you well. I used Stanley Steamer last time and that was a nightmare. I'm a nurse and we share good service among ourselves. I have already recommended you guys, numerous times. My sister raved about you guys and I heard about you on the Steve Harvey Morning Show so I thought I would give you a try. I'm hooked! Excellent job! If you have the guys name that cleaned my carpet, I would love to have him back again.
The techs notify that they are on their way, and when they will arrive. They arrive on time, and get the job done. Not only that, but they get it done well. I have never had to complain, and my carpets are always super clean.

We can barely tell the carpet was cleaned. Our previous experience was much better. We had two techs before and the lead supervisor was really good. We would request him if we had saved his name. Problem areas were worked on much more and the overall result much better. This time there was only one and we feel the cleaning was very surface.
