Better upfront pricing
Desmond/Tech showed up right on the agreed scheduled start time. Tech walked through home areas to be cleaned. Tech answered all questions we asked. Discussed cleaning options and the Tech left the decision making to us. Tech explained the entire cleaning process to us. Tech provided the total cost including tax to us before he started cleaning. Tech was very thorough with the carpet and tile cleaning. We are very pleased with the carpet and tile cleaning results. Desmond is an outstanding Tech and a great asset to Zerorez Dallas!

After a rocky start, the follow up of cutstoner service is a breath of fresh air. I didn't think companies still had such great cutstomer service. If things aren't clear or something went wrong they go above and beyond to make it right!

I have used your company every year for the last 5 or 6 years. I have always had a great experience. This last time, was not very good. No plastic was put under the legs of the furniture I did not move. Mind you I move almost everything to make it easier for your folks to clean. My carpets are in very bad shape due to my pet. I never expect those stains to come out and I tell the tech that when they arrive. However this time there are stains on my carpet in other places that did not have stains. All this is not that bad. However the two ladies I spoke to at your office were not very helpful. I realize I was trying to ask someone to come back the next day. I explained I only have off from work on Mondays and Tuesdays and I did not want to wait till the next week to have someone come out. I realize that was asking a lot. However I felt like I was getting little help. I am very disappointed. I left my conversation with the one gal that I was getting very frustrated with, saying you can have a manager call me back or you can just forget my issue and let it go. Your choice. I never heard back from anyone.

The technician knew how to explain how Zerorez works. He acted like he liked his job and was good at it. He took time to get stains out that I pointed out. The carpet looks very good.

It took my carpet over 30 hours to dry. I called and they did come out but all they could say was the techs filter stopped up. I think I should have been offer a reclean because if that much water was left in the carpet. Then the carpet is still dirty. They are in unmarked cars and do not show their company ID. More interest in telling me about a job they just did and not my carpet. I never heard from the office. It is just a call center so they do not know anything but to send someone out. EVERY DISAPPOINTED.
Thoroughly cleaned
Technician came out to the office on time , as promised. He was meticulous in setting up equipment so as not to scuff or damage furniture with hoses and cleaned carpet and removed soiled areas as promised. I would recommend ZEROREZ because they delivered as promised.
