really cleans the rugs
Outstanding service (phone was great and tech was even better). Also, just a superb job on the carpet, rug and tile. Cleaned some deep stains, all done beautifully.

As part of a home sale I agreed to clean the carpets in my house. I was quoted $168 over the phone for four rooms. The scheduling was easy and the zerorez worker showed up as scheduled. He looked over the four rooms and quoted me $340. I asked what the difference was and he said there was a spray he would put wall to wall in the four rooms. I declined that spray and the price was $198. I agreed and the worker did a good job in the four rooms. The carpets came out very clean, though they still smell odd four days later. My problem was when I later received an emailed receipt that showed that I declined a service and went into describing what that service was. I asked a zerorez rep via telephone to provide a receipt for what I paid for and no other editorializing. The worker had a manager call back later in the day. That manager refused to provide a new receipt. I will not use this service again and, since it was referred by my realtor, I will inform her company of the experience and suggest they not recommend it in the future. Now I have a receipt showing I declined services (services I did not request or have quoted to me in advance) rather than a receipt showing what I DID pay for.
Knowledgeable and friendly service technician. Patiently answered all my questions. He did an OUTSTANDING job! I'll be using Zerorez from now on.

Pete did a great job cleaning my carpets. He was very thorough and asked questions when he was not sure of a challenge that represented him. I would ask for him again!
Having logos on your work vehicles.
The guy who cleaned my carpet banged my wall and took a huge chunk out of my wall. He did tell me about it and took some money off of the bill but I still have to have the wall repaired.
Also, to be honest the carpets really do not look any cleaner than before you cleaned them. They are also not any softer.
I asked him how long it was going to take for them to dry. He gave me your spiel about Zerorez process requiring much less dry time than other companies. However, it took over 48 hours for my carpets to completely dry.
Your company was extremely expensive, much more so than anyone else I have ever hired. And in the end, my carpets do not look any cleaner, are not softer and my wall was badly damaged.
Honestly, based on what I was charged vs. what I received, I would actually warn people to stay away from your company.
Pete worked very hard to remove a large spot in my office that has been for two othr cleaning and appears to be gone dont see anything so far the carpets look good

Great service and good workmanship
It looks like the technician used dirty water to clean with, when he left the carpet was wet and the dirty streaks were not visible. The next morning on inspection I noticed some dirty places in the master bedroom (that carpet is one year old) and dirty streaks in another small bedroom, the den looked awful, I took pictures, called and you sent another technician on Thursday. He tried to remedy the dirty streaks and definitely cleaned the carpet in master bedroom and smaller bedroom, the den still has some dirty streaks. I realize the den carpet is old but these dirty streaks were not there before. I have not had the energy to try this a third time.

The technician that came this last time was very nice to my Mom and went the extra mile.
The first time we use the service our carpets dried in a matter of hours. This time we had our carpets cleaned on Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. and it is Thursday evening and we still have wet spots in our master bedroom carpet. I'm not sure what the difference was but the carpet does look clean and it definitely smells better than it did because we have a dog. The tile cleaning looks really great. Our technician was courteous and helpful and informative.
