It was a good job. With Zerorez’s reputation
I guess I expected “wow”. Closet in guest bedroom was not done- my bad that I forgot about it but easily could have moved stuff so it could have been done. I will schedule a follow up to get this done as it has some stains in it needing attention.
Your tech got right down to business! He explained what he was going to do and worked fast and diligently. He was very polite! Hope all your techs are up to his standard.

It took a second trip to get things right on my floor. I had to leave work to make sure it was handled appropriately. The other issues I have is that on the way out the door the second time, your technician tried to sell my wife on a $300 bottle of cleaner. Poor timing...
