Our carpet was clean and soft after it dried without any sticky residue. The light scent of the cleaner that was used dissipated as the carpet dried, which we greatly appreciate. The last time we had our carpet cleaned, the odor of whatever the other company used was so strong I could taste it in my mouth and it was making all my animals sneeze. It stunk for two days.
We're also happy about not being able to smell pet urine every time we walk past the den. We have some senior animals (13 and 16 years old) that have tinkle problems and sneak in there when we're not watching. It's hard to clean a spot immediately when you don't know it happened! Then it sits there and soaks down to the padding. Randy Ruffin, our tech, used Flash treatment in several areas that appeared to be favorites (he showed me with a black light) and it seems to have helped eliminate the smells quite a bit. Hopefully it will continue to discourage the critters from targeting those spots.
Randy was articulate, calm and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently without a lot of noise or ruckus, even when moving equipment in and out. Ordinarily when someone unknown enters my home, especially with machinery of any kind, it incites a riot. Randy's quiet, almost stealthy demeanor allowed the dogs to stay calm, which greatly reduced my own stress level, as well. He was patient in working with me to figure out the best solutions for the carpet and area rugs at a price that was manageable.
I would highly recommend Zerorez in the future and will most likely ask for Randy the next time we need services.

The service man was really helpful and explained about the chemicals he was using on carpet. Very nice.
My first experience they took more time and discussed more treatment options for stubborn stains. While I personally like the guy this recent time more. It felt too rushed and just told me stains were permanent and no options given. The first time it was 2 guys and I swear took twice as long as this guy who was by himself. Im sure this guy is just super efficient but then when stains aren't coming out makes me feel like he didnt really try.

John, I believe that was our service technicianās name, was very professional. He arrived on time and was very efficient in getting the job done. After cleaning our carpeting, we asked if he could also clean a small area rug we have in our master bathroom, which, for $25, he agreed he could do. Unfortunately, however, the rug now appears āalmostā stained with one-half the Carpet appearing darker than the other half. We thought it first it just needed drying time, however, that has not helped. Several weeks later, and after vacuuming, the carpetās appearance has not changed. Unfortunately, it appears that we will now need to replace the carpet. If someone from Zerorez could please contact us about how we can make this right, we would appreciate it.
