I thought the entire process was great and our couch is cleaner than ever!
After the technician left, I ran my shampooer over a small portion of carpet and the water was black. I called and the customer service representative just wanted to argue with me. The technician was a great hard-working young man. He even got down on his hands and knees to smell the carpet to make sure it did not smell like urine. That is the reason that we didn’t get the pet stain treatment. The carpet looks better but is still very dirty.

The technicians (Darwin and Joseph) who performed the work on our hardwood floors were very efficient and explained each step of the process. They had to do one area a second time because they were not satisfied with the way it looked after the first cleaning.
Service Advisors were very professional and knowledgeable. However, I just expected better results for the cost. I could've produced the same results, if not slightly better, by scrubbing the grout (with different chemicals) on my own (would've taken longer obviously, doing it by hand).
Rug wasnt really clean and delivery service was disorganized.
There was a notable difference in the cleanliness of the carpets and tile and the product did not leave a chemical or perfume smell during or afterwards.

I was very impressed with my service tech. Ricardo (?) was more low-key, but still very, very efficient than some of the other fellas you have sent out in the past. No heavy handed "sell" this time, just GREAT thorough work and results. I am more pleased than ever. The only thing that surprised me was that the hallway cleaning info on your website needs to be changed. You have a self-pricing section and the part for a hallway is just...well, sneaky. I thought it odd that it said "$2", but really didn't notice the tiny question mark next to the box....NOW I realize it is a per foot price. Just seems like that information could be made clearer than it is.
Gabriel arrived within the scheduled time and did a professional job. He checked several time with the customer during the cleaning to make sure everything was to her satisfaction.

Your technicians were very informative and professional. We have been wanting to use ZeroRez for several months but because of our busy schedules with work and all of the kid's events, we never were able to get the timing right. Finally, it all came together and we were able to carve out an evening to get it done and wow what a difference. Well worth the wait. Our carpet is old and had a lot of life in it, you know, like spills and play doe and God only knows what else. I really thought that our next move was going to be rip it all out and start over...until you guys showed up. Your technician explained that some stains could not be removed but that he would do his best. Let me just say after several years of putting up with dirty stained carpet...I could not be more happy with the results. Our carpet looks almost as good as it did when we moved in to our home. I'd bet that 98% of the grime and stains came out. Now it looks great, smells great and I'm no longer embarrassed th have guests come into our home. I will definitely be recommending you to as many people as I can if they need their carpets done. GREAT WORK!!!
