Every time you have a promotion with a giveaway, the giveaway is conveniently ignored and every time I have to ASK about it, usually email, phone, etc. Not a very upstanding thing to do and if it happened once, it might have been understandable, but then when it happens the next time, also, it wreaks of dishonesty.

The first technition came and only sprayed the carpets. He didn’t even use the power tool at all! And, he charged me $199.00 for the job which only took 20min. I called the next day and they sent someone else out who did a fantastic job. He spent at least an hour or more. I have no idea if I even got charged a fair price because I paid the first guy. No charge for #2. I have never been cheated like the first guy did in my whole life.
Your technician was wonderful about explaining what we needed for the carpet and getting old stains out. Very helpful.

Was not informed cleaning the edges of the carpet was extra before I booked the service. My carpets are just clean down the middle and I’ve never used a service that charged extra to clean the edges. I called customer service and she was just said, I’m sorry.” She made no attempt to keep me as a customers. I will never use your company again. So very disappointing!

We had serious pet stains and our technician was able to completely get rid of them and the smell. We're beyond satisfied with their work.
My carpets are like brand new again. I highly recommend using this company. I have 3 dogs and my carpets were saturated with pet urine. They got it all out!

I was very pleased! The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was amazing! He did a great job and worked late into the night... he had a real long day and looked exhausted and still treated us like we were his first customer of the day. I tipped him $35 for all his hard work.
The product you use is apparently amazing as well because we haven’t had an opportunity to clean our carpets for a long time and it was horrible. Your guy made our carpets look almost new!
The only complaint I had was having to wait so long for his arrival. I know it was the technicians fault... but wow it was a hot day and we sat on our furniture in the garage waiting from 4pm to 9 pm😢

My first visit was May 8, 2018. Today is May 28. I chose the higher end pet treatment, was quoted in the range of $118. with a guarantee! The tech Alvin suggested 2 more gallons at $75. each, 3 gallons total, more than doubling my cost to $255. It didn’t work! David the tech came the second time, used 2 gallons for the redo and the odor returned yet again. The third time, manager Cesar came, claimed that the pet was still peeing there, refused to do anything....unless he charged me again.....he left without doing anything except upsetting me! My argument was/is that I hired you to get the odor out, if you had done what I hired you to do, the odor would be gone, thus she would not pee there again, IF she is/was....I rubbed my fingers in the area just like Cesar did, I smelled nothing on my fingers.....To make it right, I feel that I should receive a refund since what I hired you to do was not achieved!
