I ordered the ZeroRez for my elderly parents. When getting an estimate over the phone, they ended up wanting to charge my parents much more than discussed over the phone. I was told 3 rooms and 100 sq. ft of tile for $100. I asked them to add the rest of the tile in the house. This is a very small house with a kitchen/was room and 2 small bathrooms. ZeroRez techs said this would be over $500 just to do the tile. I was quoted much less over the phone. They didn't even do 100 sq feet of tile for free. My mom was shocked at the cost and told them not to add on any more tile.
I was also told they move smaller furniture. I was most concerned about the living room. My parents explained they techs didn't even move a chair. I wish I was there when the techs arrived to help my parents through this. And finally, I asked the ZeroRez sales person over the phone to charge me so my parent wouldn't have to pay. They ended up asking my parents for payment when completed.
I was hoping this would be something nice for my parents and turned out to be a halfway done hassle. I will not use ZeroRez again.

Technician, Jonathan, was great from start to finish. He did an excellent job on our carpets, explained what needed to be done very thoroughly and also explained why. My carpets look fantastic now!

The technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and do a fantastic job. I don’t feel pressured to purchase extra services or products but if I ask for them they are happy to provide.

The good things—very easy to book with, friendly phone staff, good technician who worked hard and explained what he was doing well, and quality equipment.
Things that I would have liked better—a closer estimate of the final cost, and a better smelling room after spending $200+ dollars on the bio treatment. Our pad may have been too urine soaked to treat effectively, but the cost of treatment was substantial to not be vastly better. All in all, I would call again though!

Appointment was 1Phone number removed. Tech showed up 2000 after lying and said he had been at the service location at 1800. I was at the service location from 1300 until tech finally finished. No one knocked or rang the door bell.

The construction dust came off the areas that the technician retreated. I would like a refund for the large living room area that I had to clean myself before the homeowners furniture arrived on the Monday after the original treatment.

Also, even though I called and reminded the dispatch, the technician didn't clean the master closet carpets. I really need that done as soon as possible. Please contact me at Phone number removed.
