Great product and service!

Tech was great and the service was very effective. Better communication from dispatch would be good.

I have used the company several times and have been pleased with the outcome. This time I felt I was being pressured to purchase cleaner. I didn’t get a receipt. One of my runner rugs is vey dingy in a few areas.

When I called to ask for help, I was told that my runners were not included in the cleaning which is untrue . I get the same service each time . One can logically look at the amount I paid to know they had to topically clean 2 rugs or I was overcharged for just 3 rooms of carpet . I was then told a manager would call me back and that never happened.

Basically very disappointed overall . It’s a shame as I didn’t have a problem before .

The previous time that you came, your technician was experienced and cleaned the carpet very well. He used something special to clean up the pet urine spots in the living room. This time the carpet didn't get cleaned correctly. There is a dark "cord" line down the hall and some spots are still there in living room. Of course it was pouring down rain while he was here trying to clean.

Your ads are deceptive. You quote a price, then show up at the door with additional fees and charges. That is unethical to say the least. You leave your tech hanging out to dry explaining corporate fees that should have been either included in the base service or explicitly stated in your email ad.

Good product. Poor management. Unethical company.

Great service Technician

When I booked my cleaning, I had asked the lady that I spoke with if the 3rd room could have Pergo in it instead of carpet, she said yes. When your people showed up, it was stated to me that there would an additional charge for a room with laminate.
We called the office and it was stated to me that your people went back and listened to my conversations and denied that such a discussion about the 3rd room ever took place.
On 12/27/18, I emailed Zerorez asking them to email me transcripts of my phone conversations with their office, and they did not even bother to respond.
This is very unprofessional and I will NEVER use or recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Our carpets look great! The young man who did it was awesome. I will ask for him next time! Our carpets are clean in 2019!

I see several spots that i thought that came out, but i did not check before the man left.

My carpets are nice and clean. They feel good walking through the house.

Overall I was pretty disappointed. I've heard from friends and others over the years about how Zerorez made their carpets look like new and get out years-old stains, but I did not have that result. Perhaps you use a different cleaning process for the $39 a room coupon offer, but I got the explanation that what I'm seeing is normal carpet wear and can't be cleaned. Not very happy and won't be using again.

Your service techs are very cordial and proficient. I appreciate the service, and when I cAlled you back about a small problem, you took care of it right away. I will call again when we nedd our carpet cleaned.

I’ve used Zerorez for years but just recently tried their air duct cleaning after a huge, dust-filled remodel and they did not disappoint. So glad we had them in to get the entire duct system cleaned out AND the carpets cleaned. We will always go with Xerorez!

great job

I paid an upgraded charge of $75 to remove a couple pet stains from about a 3' by 3' area. The guy got the stains out but as it started to dry I noticed the carpet was brown in areas it wasn't brown before. I would understand if he couldn't get the initial stains out but i certainly didn't pay that much to get new visible stains. The guy was very nice and accommodating and did a great job everywhere else though.

They came on time, and did the work we asked. Very courteous.

Better stain removal treatment

I am please with job but would have liked the tech to ask me to move a piece of furniture to finish 1 room. Justgreat had 1 area of the room that was missed.I did not notice it during walk through. The rest of the hose is
