i appreciate the professional and friendly service of the tech. I have been using Zero Rez for decades and the result is always wonderful. I have recommended many of my connections to Zero Rez. Thanks for the caring attitude and the great results.
The technician waa very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything aa he cleaned the carpet. We were extremely pleased with the results. We will use Zerorez again.

Make sure the carpet really gets cleaned before leaving or give customer a call the next day for an update. Our carpet wasn't that dirty because we have no shoes allowed rules in the house. We left the house to make sure it gets dry properly before moving back the furniture. we came back home the next day. It looks like the carpet were just vacuumed with a little steam especially in the master bedroom. The carpet still feels hard because of the spills residue made by juices or milk.. not that satisfied. Thank you!

The technician cleaning my carpet was very friendly, courteous, did a good job cleaning the carpet and listened to what I had to say.
The only negative thing is that I received a text on Wednesday, 11/21, saying my appointment is scheduled for Monday, 11/26, between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm. I first received a text, when I was at work on Monday, saying they would arrive in the next 30 mins which I wasn't able to read until 12:50 so I called and said I would not be available for them to come until 3:30. Then I received another text asking if they could arrive around 3:00 which I was able to do. It was inconvenient to give me one schedule and then try make it much earlier when I work and gave the person the time I would be available for them to come when I was making the appointment in the first place.
One other thing, when I originally made an appointment the lady said I would also get free tile cleaning which was never mentioned by the technician, I brought it up when he had already put equipment up, but told him I didn't want it anyway, because I had moved items to tile for the carpet cleaning. It would of been nice if he would of offered a bedroom or bathroom carpet cleaning instead, just for future reference.
Call the day after for additional service I was quoted similar service for Twice the price. Just like GIECO Insurance, I do not do business with either
No residue or chemicals.

Zerorez is amazing. We have used them for carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. The carpet cleaning removed some very old stains as well as grease on a carpet not 24 hours old. (boo, handyman, boo.) They have my future business and my strong recommendation.
Easy to schedule and do a quality job.
I was impressed with the carpet cleaning --- but the quote for adding the tile cleaning was way too high.
After the "free" 100 sq. feet --- the rest could have been completed in about 40 minutes and I was prepared to pay up to $200 for the add on service.

We have used Zerorez several times and each time very pleased with the service tech and the cleaning results. Most recently we had a coffee stain on white silk fabric couch. It is completely and thoroughly undetectable.
Carpet cleaning and area rug cleaning have been excellent.

I insisted that we call Zerorez because I heard they were stain experts and could get all the stains out of our carpet. The person that cleaned our carpet explained he would not be able to get all the stains out but since he was already here we let him clean the rest of the carpet. The carpet is clean but it is still badly stained. I guess I shouldn’t have believed the advertisements. I’m not mad but I wouldn’t use you again because I expected your company to be experts at removing stains. Due to the high cost I expected more from your company. I could have received the same results from a much cheaper company. The person that cleaned our carpet was very nice though.
Very professional and polite
The products utilized during the carpet cleaning services seemed to be very environmentally friendly and not leaving any lingering odor or distinct smell. The service technicians were also great at what they do. They were very polite, professional and thorough.

Great customer service! Randy and Frankie both were great. I had to have you come back out because it was dark when Randy did the job the first time. We could not see really well when he left so I had to call to have a few areas retouched. Both Frankie and Randy were highly professional and very nice! They both were highly customer service focused. The only complaint I do have is when I called in the very first time to book with ZeroRez a young girl answered and was not friendly or helpful at all. She was totally monotone and not accommodating at all. My mom (who likes ZeroRez a great deal) said to call back and try again. So, I did and this time I had the very opposite experience. This older woman was much more friendly and she wanted to help. I own a business so I thought I would let you know because the first impression is everything. I wish i could remember the name of the younger girl not to get her in trouble but for someone to train her better on her phone skills. I typically would not have ever called back to do business if my mother had not raved about you. Overall, I am extremely happy and will call you again!!!!
