Cleaning with very hot steaming water with no chemicals sounds a great way to get the dirt and kill zillions of dust bugs and mites. Just walking barefoot on the same old carpet but after Zerorez service feels so good and new

We’ve used ZR for years. It used to be a better experience in regards to quality of service. The guys used to walk in & immediately prep for the smallest footprint. Now I have to ask for wall guards, I wrap my own cords, and the driver pulled into our circle drive, but drove through part of our yard & damaged the actual driveway.

Arrive on time for the actual scheduled appointment. I was a first time customer. Appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm. Tech did not arrive until 3:35 pm. I had to cancel other plans. When i initially scheduled my appointment, I was not told that there was a 2 hour window for tech to arrive. When tech did not arrive to my home by 2:00 pm, i called Zerorez. I was then told at that time about the 2 hour window for his arrival. Needleas to say, he was still late.

There was a smell that is still lingering but not as bad. It didn't smell like this before the cleaning only after

Excellent communication. Clear pricing. Two service reps, Marshonti and Chantel called to give me specific technician arrival time. Justin, the technician was professional and educational. He demonstratedthe cleaning techniques and he was very mindful of our home by wearing covered booties and using corner protectors to avoid any damage or abrasions from the equipment. Justin also managed to get one of our toughest stained rooms completely clean! Very impressed with Zerorez. It was our first time using them and we’ll certainly be calling them again soon.

I still have a pet spot that he said would disappear! Not the case!😔

The technicians Joseph and Ricardo were very honest regarding all the questions that I asked them regarding cleaning my carpet in my house and they explained all the process to be done.

Randy Ruffin was the carpet cleaning person that came to my house. He was friendly, on time and did everything that I asked for. He did the job exactly the way I wanted.

I recommend Zerorez to everybody and I love it the product that they use it. Smells great like a orange. Thank you very much for everything.
