Carpet was a little wetter than I expected.
Told me they could clean the carpet and get the cat smell out. Up charged me $400 and it still smells. Told me they would come out and fix it for free, came out and told me no it will cost even more. Wouldn’t refund the money. I am actively telling people not to ever use your company.
The products are exceptional, the technique and technicians are also exceptional. We've been using Zerorez for nearly a year now and when we moved to a new home, we had them come out here too. We're keeping them for all our floor cleaning needs because they are simply the best at: customer service and quality of products and technicians they hire and send out.

Our technician, Randy came in with professionalism which is number one in my book. He explained everything, asked me if I had any questions or concerns. He began with the tile cleaning in the kitchen then on to the living area. Halfway through he came and got me to see if things were ok. He explained about how long it should take to dry and made sure I was pleased. Everything looks great. I don’t walk to walk in my kitchen it looks so good. Wonder how long I can use that as an excuse to not cook? I like that the products they use are not overwhelming, but just clean.

Every Zerorez cleaning has left my carpets feeling so soft, and there is no smell left from cleaning products. It never worries me if my kids walk on it right after (and they always reassure me that it’s okay!) I always have them do my tile as well, and it looks like we just moved in! I will recommend Zerorez 10 out of 10 times!

Jeremy was awesome! He was able to get my white carpet looking brand new. He also did a great job on my upholstered couch.
My wife and I scheduled the appt for 3 rooms for $99. We asked the technician how much was the treatment for the carpet, the difference in price between the deep clean solution and the other solution, he said $15 difference. We decided to go with the deep cleaning protectant. He never told use what the price was total. After he was done I went out to the van and gave him my card and I signed a recipet which read $117.99, didn’t get a copy of it. He said I would have one emailed to me shortly after. I did get the receipt but was confused as to why I signed one which read $117.99 but the emailed receipt had $199.99 on it.
