Quality work and technician
The technician was fantastic! I had some tough pet stains that I’m hoping come out. We’ll have to see if the odor is gone in about a week.
Jarrett was very professional and courteous! He showed me the trouble spots before and after he applied the spot cleaners. I highly recommend Jarrett with Zerorez to clean your carpets! I will ask from him when it's time for another clean!

Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The technician was especially informative and considerate. He arrived on time as per multiple communications from the office. He walked through each room, explaining the process and expected results. He then effectively cleaned all our carpets, above our expectations and accepted multiple forms of payment, whatever was easiest for me. Customer service is a rare treat, it seems sometimes, but not for this team!
Carpets are clean and soft. Technician was efficient, polite and friendly. He explained everything first and then got right to work. I love my clean carpets

We only use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning. The results are always amazing. Our tech yesterday. Rick, was outstanding. He did a great job. He arrived a little bir early, did the job quickly, and the results were great
We have pets and have used Zerorez a number of times. The carpet always looks fantastic and the house smells clean and fresh when they are finished. They do an amazing job and well worth the price.
I had 3 rooms to be cleaned. The special was $129 for 3 rooms. I had 2 small areas where my sick kitty urinated on the carpet. The guy who came said it would be $1200 to remove the pet urine from the 2 spots. I also asked about just applying a deodorizer to the e rooms. I was told that would be $750. ($60 a gallon). This is ridiculous! I felt like I was being scammed. Will go to someone else to have it done.
The tile cleaning isn’t that great. There are 2 inch spots on the grout that did not get clean and there’s a film on the tile

Everything went great except having to wait a week for an appointment, I guess that means business is good. 😃 The employee, Rick, who cleaned our carpets was professional and nice and did a great job. We had already had the carpets cleaned a week before and they were still filthy. They look amazing now!
Daryl Boston provides superior customer service. We had a few areas that we needed a second treatment on and he demonstrated a very helpful attitude towards solving the problem. He should run your training team! He's a natural!
It’s been a day since I got carpets cleaned and I feel like it was just a “wash.” Traffic areas area still visible. I realize carpet is not “like new” but for the price I paid (extra for stains) I was expecting a little more.

We like the special deala Zero-Rez sometimes offers alongside cleaning like the Estilo Gaucho gift certificate & once some time ago there was a certificate for tickets to a Ranger Game.
The technicians are almost always very polite, knowledgeable, efficient & professional (especially this last visit with the technician). He was a cut above the rest.
Typically, there is ease in scheduling & acquiring the desired window of an appointment but this time, I was told a window of 10-12 initially when I called. But when I called to confirm, it was changed to 3.30-5:30 which I would’ve never agreed to as that is when our non-verbal son who is severely affected with Autsim & Sendory issues is home from therapy. I tried to change the window the Saturday before our appt to no avail. When I called again Monday morning (day of appt), the person I spoke to was much more amendable & managed to honor the original 10-12 appt window which was much appreciated. I was very relieved as we have company coming for Thanksgiving & that was much more feasible with our special circumstances.
