I could see what was being pulled from my carpet. And the gentleman that cleaned our carpet was professional and courteous. Carpets look brand new now! 94.9 KLTY was right!

Our 10 year old apartment carpet comes out looking spotless every time they are cleaned by zero Rez.
Tech did the absolute least amount possible. Didn't move even the lightest or smallest of things to get to the carpet. I spent so much time clearing the areas of all big things so they wouldn't have to lift anything heavy or large and be able to easily move what's left and not a single thing was done.
My kitchen has the tile and each square is just slightly larger than 12" so the total is only slightly more square feet than the amount of physical tile squares. I had like 48 tile squares and when you factor the other inch it came out to about 80 or so square feet. But he said I had almost 200sqft of tile so only did a small half that I chose out of the two sides of kitchen. I even rolled the refrigerator out while he was doing another room and gave a good cleaning under it to prep the surface for his cleaning and rolled it back inwards to give him room and he didn't roll the refrigerator back out to get the area under it as I specified I wanted. Tile looks no better than the rest of the kitchen as friends have come over and had to ask what part of the kitchen was done as they couldn't tell.
Felt like I wasted my money to be honest. I tried zerorez because an old coworker of mine who did carpets as a family business for years said if it wasn't them, zerorez is the only way to go as you all both had similar technology and techniques.
The only positive is that the carpet dried very fast, I will give you all that. Thanks

A thorough cleaning that resulted in an older, worn carpet give a new lease on life. The technician was very professional, thorough and detail oriented.

Frank cleaned my very dirty carpet efficiently & beautifully. It looks like new - that's no exaggeration. He finished in much less time than other carpet cleaning services.

I should have been there myself to make sure what I wanted was done. I paid the three rooms for $99 & then received the KLYY Frank Reed & Starlene Stringer special of one tile room free. I did like the kitchen tile job but thought it would be the entire kitchen, but it ended where the kitchen nook/dining area was. So I assume that is considered a separate room. So I had to scrub & clean that area which I wasn’t counting on doing. Then, the living room has a large area rug & instead of moving furniture to get to the carpet under, I was just going to have the rug cleaned. But, only the outside edges were cleaned where the carpet shows & not the rug. Then the office & bedroom were cleaned but again, didn’t move any furniture so it wasn’t a true full room. I almost went with Stanley Steamer because they do move furniture when they clean the carpets, but I love KLTY & have been hearing about Zerorez for years now & wanted to give y’all a chance. My carpets were a mess & some stains just aren’t going to come out I suppose.
So although I like the results for the most part, I just feel I didn’t really get three full rooms cleaned.
You're always on time, your technicians are excellent, take time to explain things, give warnings about possible slip locations, they take the time to ensure that you are satisfied completely!
Not to mention that the clean is amazing. No soaps or weird stuff. Just a CLEAN carpet and tile!

You could provide the coupon for the EG Steakhouse at the time of service and I did not get the free 100 square feet of tile cleaned because he said it was not on his work order.
I am pleased with the cleaning of my carpet. The only thing I would do different is not have my tile cleaned. The worker set the equipment at the lowest setting since our grout had been painted, but the cleaning still washed away some fo the painted grout in several spots. But other than that, I am always pleased with your service.
They don't use harsh chemicals and carpets do get clean.
