The attentiveness and efficiency of your staff, and that the carpets can be cleaned without excessive chemicals.
I have already spoken to a manager regarding my experience with scheduling. The actual carpet cleaning is always great but I have had problems with the scheduling office multiple times! The manager that called assured me that this shouldn't happen again.......although that's what I was told 6 months ago when the same scheduling problem occurred. We shall see in May 2019.

Initially I thought that the service was going to be good. My tech was very friendly, seemed very knowledgeable, and walked me through the process of the extra pet cleaning, per gallon price, etc.
Unfortunately, it seems we have wasted $300, as the entire point of our cleaning was to eliminate the pet odor, and it's still there and still strong.
I wanted to wait a few days to review our service, as I thought that maybe the chemicals needed more time to work in, but after the initial scent of the cleaner waned (within a day or so), the smell of pet urine is still easily recognizable and strong. I've made sure to keep the pets away from the area completely, monitored them 24/7 with an indoor security camera, and ensures that no animal has re-marked it.
I had heard really great things, which is why I felt that $300 for this one room treatment would have been acceptable, but after realizing that the smell is still here, I'm very disappointed.

I would be A10 although I ask for Paul and I didn't get Paul I almost cancelled but I really needed somebody out here and because it had been done recently they just hit it lightly even though we didn't move anything or deep cleaning like we did the first time which I was hoping it would be deep-cleaned again because I'm sure it's still got stuff that needs to come up over my dog have gotten sick I needed that cleaned up I got it mostly cleaned up before they got here but I wanted the carpet refreshed it cost me the same amount of money is it dead to deep clean it the first time when Paul did it but I do like the way they clean but the next time if I ask for calling I don't get him I'll just have to cancel appointment

My grout was severely damaged when my house was cleaned on 11/26. I notified the tech the same day. The carpets were also left very damp and were damp 24 hours later. Additional techs came out to help dry the carpet. I had to reach out to follow up with the grout damage- no one reached out to me. I sent in photos the same week to show the damage- even though the tech said he'd submit photos. I emailed AGAIN days later to verify my emails were received and got notice on Saturday 12/1 that management would contact me shortly. I called today, 12/5, this morning, and was told I'd be called by management right away. It's the afternoon of 12/5, a week and half after my house was damaged and still not one person from management has contacted me. This gross negligence and lack of responsibility is astounding. I am absolutely shocked at how Zerorez runs its company and treats its customers. I will be sure to be very vocal on how I have been treated and how the company has made no effort to resolve this issue.
Great job! The carpet stayed wet longer than estimated. A second run over the carpet to pull extra water would be helpful.
Quality of the stain guard treatment could be improved. I have not seen it work all that well thus far...
The tech who came out was very nice and explained things to me. the best thing about it was that he did not leave any water in the carpet. he dried it up well. he was very polite.

The carpet cleaning was fine. We are pleased with that. The gentleman who served us was extremely polite and helpful. Thank you.
It is the tile cleaning that appears to appears to have done nothing. Aside from no noticeable difference in grout, the actual tile didn't even seem to be much cleaner. There were spots that I could clean with a paper towel that didn't come up.
The front line greeters need to be better trained or at least pick folks that like that kind of thing. The lady I dealt with had no personality. Also the communication was very poor the first attempt. I was told between 3:30-5:30 on Friday. I called at 5 and the guy said he was finishing at the previous house and would be there soon. I said we had things to do that night and he needed to be there by 5:30. I never heard anything else until I got a text at 6:15 saying it would be 45 minutes. I called the number and cancelled it since we were already gone. 7 pm is NOT acceptable. I did get it rescheduled and the service was fine but your customer service leaves a BAD taste. I will keep using you guys as you do a great job, but next time I hope for a better experience.
