Primarily the tech(Moss)who came out to do the carpets was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and a nice guy. He answered all my questions and even gave me a quick lesson (which I've been curious about) on why the edges of carpets next to the trim turn brown... Never happened before. OH! and the best part was that the whole process didn't take very long and I was very impressed with the results. Keep up the great work and for providing a good service.

I had a wonderful experiance with your comapny. My carpet was a mess due to traffic in an out of the house, the sad thing was that I had just recently got it clean in May by one of your competitors, of which I was very upset with the job when they were finished. Due to that experiance, I thought I would have to pull he carpet up. Your technician took the time to explain to me what was going to happen and what I should expect. It took less than a day to dry, which I was very impressed with. I am so happy with the way the carpet came out when he got finished, it looks like new!! Thank You so much!! From the moment I called to make my appointment until the time the technician (Justin) left our home, the service was outstanding. Zerorez is a company of true professionals, and courtesy is their signature. This was our first Zerorez experience and it won't be our last. Justin did an amazing job cleaning our old carpets and we were very surprised that, when dry, the carpets were soft, not crunchy as has been the case with other carpet cleaners. I like the orange scent that is used to clean the carpets and other areas of the house, and no harsh chemicals are used.
