The products leave no bad odors and don't make the carpets exceedingly wet. They also clean very well! Your representative was extremely good. He arrived on time, was very professional, and did an excellent job.

They were friendly, courteous and fast. The carpet dried very quickly. However, I need to schedule a time for him to come back. The pet stain wasn't completely removed and my dogs smelled the remaining urine smell and promptly peed on it again to mark it.
