Our Tech (charlie-- I believe, but it was 2 weeks ago) was as professional and courteous as any company could ever hope to have represent them. I had several problem areas from pet stains that were removed entirely with no odor remaining. I paid extra for this and I truly feel that it was well worth the money and Zerorez delivered on their commitment to get my 5 year-old carpet looking as if it were new again. The agent listing our house was equally impressed and I know she will be recommending Zerorez to all her clients from now on.

It couldn't have been easier to book the appointment and the follow-up calls to confirm were very helpful. Bobby, the technician was prompt, polite and honest about certain pet stains. He did his best and then didn't charge me for the stubborn spots. The carpets look so much better! Beautiful carpets and great service-I will definately use Zerorez again.

Truly my white carpeting looks like new. I like that there's no odor, that the carpet seems really really clean, not treated. All the pet stains and stain remover stains came out. And the two gentlemen who came could not have been more courteous and pleasant to have in my home. This was the third time I have used Zerorez and each time I have had the same exceptional experience.

My technician was on time, it took less time to clean the carpet than I anticipated, and he did a great job--the carpet ooks great.

The crew did q great job. In and out in no time. Several spots I thought wouldn't come up did - even wax out of carpet! Carpet was dry in a few hours. Life/house back to normal same day AND I have new looking carpet!

The crew that came to my house was very professional and respectful. There were several pet stains and they were able to get all the stains out. The carpets look great and the house smells wonderful.

I have been a Zerorez customers for years and very happy with the process. My only complaint on this cleaning was that the carpet was left damper than it has ever been in past cleanings and took twice as long to dry as in the past. Not sure if was the truck equipment or the operator, but there was big difference from previous applications.

I thought you got our carpets very clean- I've never seen them look that clean, and we've used Chem Dry several times in the past. We've got a toddler and a baby arriving in a couple of weeks, so it was very important to me that we use a non-toxic, all-natural cleaner. I'm very pleased.
