First of all but one spot came out of the carpet and the tech was friendly and professional. I recommended Zerorez to the Candler Forest Apts in which I live.

This was my first time using the services of Zerorez and I must say that I am truely happy with the outcome. Micheal was a very nice and professional technician, he explained the services and gave me options before he started. He made sure that the work was to his satisfaction and mines (of course). Easy to schedule, prompt arrival, very good job cleaning the carpets.

Found the technician to be professional, industrius and amiable.

Was particularly satisfied with cleaning of the floor tile grout. Was happy with the results of the furniture cleaning, and the carpet is probably as good as it's possible to achieve given its age and condition.

I will let them know that high traffic areas and older carpet won't look "good as new" :)
