My carpet looks new again after ten years of wear! I had 30 year old Belgian rugs cleaned that have never looked better. The heavy feel of detergent buildup from other cleaning processes is gone. Wow! I don't even know where to start! Great customer service, friendly and professional, from office to technitions. My carpets had 3 years worth of daily living dirt and and a visual high-traffic path. I had tried cleaning my carpets my self, but even though they looked better, they just didn't look or feel clean. This was a second trip to rectify a not so good first trip. I was VERY, VERY impressed with the professionalism and interest the technician (I think Jonathan) showed us. He listened to what I had to say, assessed the situation. When he tested the carpet with the "washcloth" test, it came up very dirty. I hate to say I told you so, but it made me happy he proved me right & he took it in the joking manner I said it! He did a STUPENDOUS job, careful to be sure the carpet was clean. He took his time and it showed in the end result of VERY CLEAN carpet. He did the washcloth test a second time & whalla ... white washcloth! I could not be happier looking around my house and walking barefoot on my EXTREMELY clean house. I thank you for following up on your promise of making me a satisfied customer.
