Zerorez always leaves my carpets clean and with no residue left. Richard was the technician who cleaned my carpet. He did a very thorough job,was very polite and hard-working.

I will only use zerorez because there is no chemical smell after the carpet cleaning. I have 3 dogs and I am a little over the top clean. This company has the best technicians around. I have used zerorez three times and every technician they have sent out is wonderful, courteous, professional, and does a great job. They will honor their work as well. I have a very keen sense of smell and one spot that was cleaned still smelled just a little to me. No problem they came back out and re-cleaned that spot with no charge. Every employee that I have dealt with from the initial booking to the carpet Tech was friendly and professional. Before Zerorez I would not professionally clean my carpet because for one I could not stand the chemical smell, there is no smell when they are done. It feels good to know that as my dogs age and have accidents I have an alternative that really works.

Very Clean!

I really liked the overall Zerorez carpet cleaning experience. Mark, my service technician, was awesome! He explained the entire process and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products.

My carpets are almost 5 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. I decided to give Zerorez a try and I am so glad that I did. As foster parents, we have many kids in and out of our home alot, and that means soiled carpet everywhere. When Mark completed the cleaning process, I was absolutely amazed. My carpets look and feel like new!

The technitian who came out was extremely courteous and helpful. He explained everything completely and made sure I was included each step of the way.

The technician was very thorough, friendly and the total time was much quicker than I expected it to be. I had newer carpets (<1 yr old) cleaned and although they were not very dirty they came out great. The last room I had done was very old carpet that had multiple stains and extemsive pet odors from the previous owners. I did not expect this room to come out spotless, however I was hoping to decrease the smell in the room. I was very pleased to get both results, and I am no longer embarassed to have guests stay in that room and I can finally turn it into a functional office- I refused to even open the door in that room prior to having it cleaned! It is the next on our list for carpet replacement, but that is not on the agenda for some time, so Zerorez bought me some time! The customer service was wonderful, and they left me with two bottles of cleaning solution that I continue to use.

The service technician was very knowlegeable and displayed excellent customer service. My carpets are 14 years old and after being cleaned they looked fairly new again. I was very pleased that there were no strong odors from chemicals and my carpet is soft again..
