Best way to clean carpet.

I liked the ease in scheduling my appointment on line. Also, the follow up received confirming my appointment. The technician was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable in answering my questions. I was very pleased with the time it took for my carpet to dry. I was amazed how cleaned my carpet looked after completely dry. My carpet is light in color almost white and very dirty when the Technician arrived. I said to him that I don't expect a miracle, but I know they will look better when you are finished than it looks now. It looks 100% better. I am happy I chose Zerorez. Your services provided live up to your advertisement.

The technician was very knowledgeable and very honest in assessing my carpet cleaning needs. He honored my request and I was very pleased with the results. My 10+ year old carpets look great for the holidays. I will use Zerorez again And will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I like the way the rugs were cleaned. The chairs turned out pretty good. Loved the fact that no chemicals were used. Price points were appropriate. However, I think the "protectant spray" was overpriced and I won't do that again.

Customer Service was GREAT. Richard showed up during window with advance notice of arrival as promised. Very clear about what he was doing and why. Completed the job quickly and was very courteous of my house. Will DEFINATELY use again in the future.
