The guys were very patient with me on getting out our spots. I had some areas that needed to be worked and they were very good at addressing these. We did have to use some solutions to get the end results. The following morning I did see where a spot reappeared but just a warm wet cloth was able to take it up. It was a surface type spot. Both guys were very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning.

The two times I have had zerorez to my house your staff has always been professional. For some reason both visits I had a good sense of trust with Bobby who came the first time and Mathew came the second time. Information was clear and results were exactly what the reps told me they would be. Being environmentally friendly is also a big plus. I will continue to use zerorez for future needs.
