The carpets really look awesome and the technician was very friendly. It was completed in a timely fashion and did not take long to dry.

Our tech (Austin Crye) arrived slightly early and called to let us know that would be the case. He was courteous, professional, and good at his job. He went out of his way to describe the process and let us know what kind of service we could expect, then exceeded our expectations.

The technician was very courteous. Also, he was very thorough and concerned with every issue issue i had concerning my carpets. AFter the service, my carpets looked great!. There were some serious stains that I thought would not really came out, but they did! Very Satisfied!!

Polite, timely staff. Neat during job. Clear explanation of price and services. Excellent results (except for two koto laid stains and one furniture polish stain, but rep explained what to expect).

I appreciated the e-mail confirmation of appointment in addition to the phone call. The gentlemen arrived at the time I was advised they would coume. They were polite, professional and didn't try to sell me a lot of unnecessary services to inflate my bill. The carpet look fabulous when finished. The pet stain which concerned me most was completely removed. There was no odor during or after the cleaning process. The carpets were damp - not wet - and dried in a few hours.

I was very happy with your service, the tech was very professional and as far as the service goes he got rid of every spot on my floor with exception to some cranberry juice stains in my bed room. I don't think anything will clean those stains out. I am very happy with my cleaning and will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family.
