Kelsey Worley was honest and upfront with what I should expect from Zerorez. He explained to me why some stains wouldn't come out but still tried to get them off. It was a great experienced, he cleaned the carpet very well and was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Kelsey and Zerorez to my friends.

No harmful chemicals.

We have had our carpet cleaned on several occassions by other companies. The day of service the carpet looks great, a few days later the old stains return. Since Zerorez's visit on the 19th those old stains have not returned.

The technician that came out was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. The carpets looked brand new after he was done and the pet stains were gone along with the odor!

The tech was very informative and enjoyed his job. It showed in his customer service. His name was Kyle. So far I am pleased with the appearance of my carpets. Thanks for a job well done.

Quick, they were on time and the carpets looked good.

This is the second time that I have used Zerorez. The first time was to clean my carpet and then the second time was a year later to pet treat my carpet to help eliminate the smell of cat urine. On both occasions, the technicians arrived on time, were friendly, and seemed very knowledgable about treating and cleaning my carpet. I found it easy to book my appointment online. I also liked how the technicians called 15-45 minutes before they arrived so I would know that they were on their way. Both technicians left my carpet looking very clean and smelling fresh also. The second time I used Zerorez, I purchased a spray bottle of Zero Stink, which I love! I've tried many products to help eliminate pet odors on my carpet and I've found that Zero Stink works the best. I will use Zerorez again in the future and will refer them to my friends and family.

timely service and wonderful results

The technician who came to our house was on time, very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. There were a couple of spots that didn't come out but overall, the carpet was much cleaner.

The technician did a very good job, and I like the results. Our carpets were very dirty and old, and I wasn't sure how clean they could get. Most of the stains came out, much more than I expected.
