Your cleaning method worked great, and my carpet looked like new again. I also liked the shorter drying time. It was nice to be able to walk on the carpet without getting my feet wet within just a few hours. Also the service tech was very professional and easy to work with. He answered all my questions, and did an excellent job with the carpet.

The technician was great and he did a great job. I just didn't like the fact that I had to pay some one to move my heavy items. I feel like the service should include moving my things. Next time I choose to have my carpets done, I will choose a company that will move my things.

I appreciate that Michael took the time to investigate what the stains were and if he could get them out by doing a test area. After the cleaning, the carpets looked like new and smelled fresh and clean. This was a rental and zerorez saved me from getting new carpeting!

We like that the products you use are derived from natural materials. We have a toddler and a dog who are constantly on the carpet, so keeping chemicals out of the carpet is important for us. Also, your technicians were courteous and thorough.

i liked the fresh smell of the product that the serviceman placed down on the carpet, machinery wasn't so loud that i could not watch tv, or talk on the telephone. technician was prefessional and curteous
,explained what to expect and the procedure,prior to bringing his supplies in the home. dried quickly and i will use zerorez again.

I am quite impressed with the cleaning results. I had a room cleaned for the first time in 8 years (I know thats really bad) and it looks brand new. Also, the carpets were not very wet after the process and no harmful products were used. But I cannot leave out the technician that cleaned my carpets. He was very diligent and thorough. He did an amazing job. I am definetely sold on your product and services.
