I would recommend Zerorez to family & friends. I had my whole house done (7 Rooms) for carpet cleaning and I am very pleased with the service that Mr. Watson provided. The technician Mr. David Watson was very professional and he was extremely knowledgeable. This was my first time using Zerorex and I will definitely use them again and I was pleased to know they also clean and service Area Rugs. Once I learned of this service I had Mr. Watson take my 4 rugs and get them cleaned. Giving Mr. David Watson, two thumbs up! Great job!!

Your crew was very polite and customer friendly.
My mother was the one home with them and she called me at work and
I had several questions about the cleaning of the ducts and they answered them very professionally. They even mentioned to me about the Air Humidifier / Diffuser system
you can add to your air unit and make the air quality better in your home to help
with Allergies and etc. They did an awesome job in explaining the product. Left me some details in writing for me to look at also. I wasn't aware of this service and once they left me materials to
look at and read. It has given me something to look at doing in my home in the very near future.
I would most definitely recommend Zerorex and this crew to my Friends and Family Members.

Zerorez delivers what it promises. We had a number of different services performed at our home and Tim Delvo was very helpful in organizing each phase.The floors were totally transformed by the talented, friendly, and courteous crew led by Felipe and All-Around Wood Floors which is a part of Zerorez. In addition, our ducts were thoroughly cleaned along with our carpets. All of the services were done in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner. I highly recommend Zerorez. We will happily use them again.

My technician was Lee Hamilton and I believe the gentleman who helped him was James. They did a wonderful job. They kept me informed about what was being done and shared other things I could do to help the life of the carpet in my home. He also informed me of other jobs that Zerorez can do to keep homes clean. The constant communication on my appointment and the arrival time was very much appreciated!

I am very pleased with the job that Zerorez did on my carpet cleaning. My carpet is over 13 years old and stains keep coming back to the surface.
