The services were very impressive: Farrell and Jason clearly knew what they were doing in delivering and setting up my rugs and felt pads - I had no idea what a difference the pads would make - kudos to my original service technician for including the suggestion. Jason also caught that they'd charged me for the incorrect size and reached out to set it straight with the Customer Service Team - a huge win and what will result in my sharing the experience with many other people! Overall, Farrell and Jason were very professional and the rugs look brand new again - definitely recommend ZeroRez -this is my 4th experience and each one has been more than satisfactory!
