It is easy to schedule and they are accommodating.. The technician, Brandon, was very friendly and professional and took time to tell me what he would be doing before he started cleaning my carpet. He showed me after he cleaned and went over a checklist to be sure I understood the warranty and payment. We have used them 3 times in a month on our carpets and tile. We will NEVER use another. carpet cleaning company other than Zerorez. We had a very positive and satisfactory experience. 😊
