My carpet cleaning appointment went very well. The technician called about 15 min. before he got to my house, he walked thru the house with me so I could show him problem areas, he was very, very helpful, moved the few pieces of furniture that needed to me moved, worked diligently, and was very courteous. His name was Thomas. My carpeted area looks clean, spots are gone and I am very happy with the job he did. It looks great!

Zerozez was very accommodating about an appointment to get my carpets done and your staff was very friendly and di a great job.

I like that you use no chemicals, leave no residue behind in the carpet and were able to easily remove stains in the carpet without harsh chemicals. I actually watched a stain disappear right before my eyes that Stanley Steamer said would never come out of the carpet. All the technician did was run the cleaning head over the spot once. I also like that we were given a bottle of the cleaning water to clean spills up right away and can get it refilled for free when every we need to.
The technician was friendly, hard working and answered any questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone.
