Probably the biggest thank you goes to the fact that I changed my appointment on a Sunday due to the seller not being out when she said she would be. Also to my surprise there was no service charge for changing the date.

The technicians were very nice and knowledgeable but the end result was not that great. I guess I was expecting some kind of miracle and my carpet would look like new but it doesn't!
