Zerorez was great! They were quick to call me with a quote, the technician was friendly and professional, he walked me through the services and optional add-ons first, then the full service was complete in less than an hour (that's pre-treatment, including 2 pet spots, vacuum, and protector). What they say is true - the carpet dried more quickly, did not have that stiff, crunchy feeling you get after other cleaners, and there was zero odor afterwards. I was impressed and highly recommend.
