The service rep was pleasant and profession and he did a good job.
Great job by tech but would have liked more water sucked out of carpet. It stayed wet for a couple of days.

The carpets look cleaner and are softer under bare feet. The house smells cleaner. One thing I did not like is how fast the bill went from $129.00 to almost $500.00. I figured there would be add ons but I feel the $129 teaser is a little misleading.
We are all ways satisfied with the services from Zeroez. The technician are always professional and respectful. Plus, they really get our light sand colored carpets clean.

They managed to fit me in dew to a cancellation, the worker (Tye) was very friendly, he thoroughly explained everything. He treated my home with respect and done an excellent job on the carpets. If all the service people are as good as Tye is, be proud, I will be using you more in the future
Like - the professionalism and attention to details of the technicians. Dislike - technicians did not have new shoe covers. The shoe had evidently been used and previous customers homes and most likely worn on the outside.
