I like that the technicians were punctual, polite and considerate and covered their feet while in the house. I did not like that they had to leave the doors open because bugs got in the house. I also do not like that zerorez charges a service charge.

The service was excellent. Mr. Lee came in time did cleaning of our light colored carpet in the basement He moved the couches and did an excellent detailed job on the spots and even gum stains ( we had a hundred teenagers’ party at our basement lately). The carpet took to dry not more then 4-5 hours on a warm sunny day. Most of all I likeD the smell, very nice. Highly recommend.

They do an excellent job of carpet cleaning without use of harmful cleaning chemicals. Their service reps are professional in every way, careful, thorough, and give you updates on their expected arrival time. In my mind they are the best at what they do !
