No odor after cleaning. Quick dry. Service person completed job quickly and was very courteous.

The technicians arrived on time and were very knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. They explained the process that they use and were done in no time. Before they left they gave me some tips on keeping my carpet cleaner longer. They also have me a bottle of cleaning solution for quick cleanups.

Service was great. A bit misleading advertising duct inspection when all that is done is a picture is taken with a cell phone camera thru the indoor unit. Other than that, service was phenomenal.

I found my rug in St. Augustine in 2011. The perfect color, the perfect size and most importantly, the PERFECT thickness. As my oldest fur baby got older he started using my rug for bathroom purposes.
Sent my rug to another company who kept it for almost 3 weeks. When I finally got it back the chemical smell was overwhelming, that lasted a week and then the urine smell came back stronger than ever.
I thought my rug was DONE. While watching WSB I saw reps from the company talking about how they clean rugs and how it differs from others and I said Let's try. So glad I didn't through the rug out. Thank you so much.

We've heard the name for years and for a mother's day present I scheduled my mother a cleaning. The representative was patient, well spoken and very knowledgeable about more than only the cleaning service itself. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I had a pretty bad pet stain that resurfaced after being treated with pet enzymes. Terrell came back out and determined that it had gotten into the padding so it resurfaced after the initial cleaning. He retreated and extracted the stain from the padding so that it is now gone. I'm so thankful for the great service these guys provide!!
