I like the concept of no chemical cleaning. This is my first experience using Zerorez and have only had them pick up two area carpets for cleaning. Have not received carpets back yet so cannot comment on results.

Mr. Josh Brooks is an excellent technician. His work ethics and attention to detail continues to make our 26 year old carpet like new, and he maintains it in that same condition. I have requested Josh previously, and he is very respectful, polite, helpful and treats our house like it is his. In earlier years other carpet cleaning companies have tried to clean our carpets, but no one can match Zerorez technology. Josh leaves us a bottle of the "Empowered Water" which we use until his next visit. We will continue to be a Zerorez customer.

I do like the cleaning . I just had my carpets and furniture done and after rugs dried there were streaks in the den carpet, almost as though the cleaning brush left dirt streaks because brush was not working. Is there a way I can get someone to come and retreat just those areas?
