The technician was very friendly and did a great job to clean our carpets. Unfortunately we had some spots that were stained so it didn't come out, but he tried his best to get it to look better.

The tech did a very thorough job cleaning my carpets, and was also meticulous about wiping up drips on the hardwood floors and protect the corners from the hose. Very impressed!
