I had Jarvis from zerorez come out yesterday and clean all the carpets in my house. He was extremely professional and very thorough. I highly recommend zerorez!!

The technician did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and was able to remove all of the stains. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to get the job done correctly.

There are several things that I like about your company. It's very easy to set up an appointment and you follow through very well and are always on time. This is the third time we have had you over I believe and all three appointments have been gone very well. The technicians are very knowledgeable they get in and out and get it done and have had very few call back issues after they left. Price is reasonable. And they have left us some empowered water and that stuff actually does work. I have used it on stains many times and it's like magic the way it lifts the stains out of the carpet. And when I had this new carpet put in about 3 years ago the carpet supplier was very specific about using no one but Zerorez. If I have a complaint it's that your extras are a bit pricey especially the stairs and we gave the technician and area rug to take back and have cleaned and I felt at the charge on that was a bit High. But if it's done right I suppose it'll be worth it. So all-in-all you have a top-notch operation

the guys did a good job. both were very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Also were excellent promoters of Zerorez services and seemed to like what they do; a very rare attitude in the service industry!

late day pick up scheduling even with 2 week appointment

The process. But your fees for add ons are too pricey which is why I use other companies to do the fall cleaning.

Zerorez is awesome. I had a small hand made turkish rug that some friends were throwing out because it had some stains on it. I asked if I could have it because I had heard about zerorez rug cleaning process.

Zerorez picked it up from me and delivered it back to me in perfect condition. The stains were gone and it was not expensive.

Not much not to like. However, I am not a fan of taking payment for a job not yet done as was the case when you picked up my 8x10 area rug for cleaning.
