I love the fact that Zerorez doesn't leave behind any residues or chemicals. We have 2 dogs and 2 young kiddos at home who are still crawling and/or rolling around on the carpets. So the no chemicals was a big part of our decision. The end result was amazing - our carpets look brand new! The technician was on time and super friendly. We did a walk through before he started to make sure I asked any questions I had and he asked about specific areas as well. Then he checked in with me about half way through so I could see the progress and make sure it was all good. Really excellent service and I have already recommended to my sister!

Randolph was our technician and he did an amazing job. Our office rug looks wonderful. He was very helpful and even was able to get out a large stain that we had for several years.

The tech that came out was SO professional and courteous! The house looked and smelled amazing for 13 year old carpet that has had 3 dogs and 2 teenagers. They did even more than I asked and treated me with a lot of respect and care during this difficult moving experience.

the impeccable attention to details , the technician clean the carpet as if it was his house even used fans to allow it to dry quicker. Those were never used in my house before with previous techs. I will ask for him by name next time.
