I have used Zero-rez since I bought my fist house in1999 and it is the only company I recommend to my customers for carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. The gentlemen were honest and able to deliver on what they said they would do. My main concern was the pet hair on my couch which they were able to get out almost in its entirety. They have tips and other informative options for my home and different areas of my carpet which was greatly appreciated.

The technician was on time, showed me any spots that did not come out (only a couple) and explained to me why. He was very articulate. In fact I am going to request him for the next visit from ZeroRez

Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole cleaning and treatment process in detail and was able to remove a few spots on our carpets that were heavily soiled. I recommend him and Zerorez, and will use them in the future!

The service was second to none! The technician was very thorough in explaining the process and what my expectation should be. He also explained the process and advantage of them cleaning my tile floor too and sold me on it! He was very knowledgeable and communicated with me during and after they completed the job too (I had to go back to work). Lee and his partner were a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job on my carpet and tile floors!

I had Vittorio come perform a carpet cleaning and he had his work cut out for him. The carpet was at a rental house that had pet stains, food stains, and dirt. I told Vittorio that I needed a miracle and he ensured me that he was one of the best. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Zerorez is my new go-to carpet cleaner and I can't speak enough to how clean and new looking the carpets feel and look. Great job, definitely check these guys out if you want like-new carpets without having to buy new carpets.
