The representative did a great job and I'm pleased with that portion.

However, the payment system is troubling to me. You should have a better way for customers to pay. Watching a stranger type my credit card number into what appeared to be his personal cell phone is unprofessional and irresponsible on your part, Zerorez. There has to be a better way. Why not email a link to the customer that directs her or him to a secure site where they can enter their payment information?

Our carpets always look fantastic after a Zerorez cleaning. Their enzyme treatment works wonders for pet stains (albeit expensive). The technicians are punctual, courteous and very thorough. Harrison did a super job for us last week.

I like the knowledge , punctuality, and skills of the employees (Alex and one helper). They were very knowledgeable in responding to questions . The products used were outstanding. The truck was loaded with equipment and they were put their expertise to work as soon as they arrived. I will highly recommend Zerorez to family and friends because I was pleased with their work.

Techs were professional, polite, and clearly knowledgeable. They worked very hard and communicated what they were doing, what they found, and made recommendations for fixes. They were not pushy; rather, they presented the information so we were informed about other products and services from which we might benefit. They were considerate of our home and careful not to damage and cleaned up after themselves by sweeping insulation that came from the attic where they worked. They were consistent covering their shoes with little booties, removing them each time they left the house and replacing them each time they re-entered.

My one recommendation to the company is that they need to consider paper coverings for the hoses that are brought into each house. Their hoses, etc. have been used in other houses, are dragged across driveways (oil dripped from cars) and lawns (poisons, fertilizers, animal waste), etc. Since all our flooring was brand new, we were particularly concerned that no dirt be brought into the new carpet and nothing could scratch the new vinyl flooring. We provided old sheets and moving blankets to cover the floors to supplement the 1 moving blanket they brought. Still, a paper sleeve similar to those used by insulation installers where a new one is put onto the hose as they enter a new house, would have been cleaner and more protecting as well as safer to walk around. This is not a comment on the techs who were excellent; rather, a comment on how the company could improve its customer service by improving its process.
