Great professional cleaner

The customer service for scheduling was great. The employee who cleaned was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The finished carpets looked wonderful and I am glad safe products were used. I wasn’t surprised by unknown fees either. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Mike was my technician and he was very courteous and careful. He was a friendly and outgoing personality that made the time go by quickly. The carpets are immaculate and the upholstered chairs are like new. He saved the day by explaining why the chairs should not ever get wet and he therefore dry cleaned them. I had not known that and suspect any other company would have just gone ahead with regular water-cleaning.
He is a total asset to your company. I hope you appreciate him in a tangible way.
