On time service, call on way to appointment. Use cones after van is parked. Technician introduces himself, before entering my home he puts on shoe protectors and show him what areas he will be cleaning.
Very clean equipment: one electrical cord and larger conduit for cleaning solution.
This is my third experience with Zerorez, and I continue to be impressed that a carpet I thought would be impossible to clean now looks like a brand new carpet. We also had had heavily trafficked runner staircase that looks clean and fresh. Trust me ZEROREZ will not disappoint you!!
