The guys were very personable and did a great job. My concern is that while the carpet had a lot of pet stains that you could not see & some you could - I felt that I was being pressured to additional products I wasn't prepared for - so my $199 that I was prepared for went up to $416 - I am a widow with limited income so I was a bit uncomfortable - but, all and all - they were great, polite, did an excellent job and next time I know what to expect and hope to get the Scotchguard done as well.

Your man was very courteous and went right to work. It appears that areas are clean that he didn't know would come clean. We are very well pleased.
