My technician, Bobby, was great! He was engaged with me as the client. He offered suggestions and education that was brief and not overbearing. He was very thorough and courteous. I was a little frustrated that I did not get a call 48 to 72 hours ahead of my appointment to let me know when to expect my technician. I had to call the afternoon before. Also, I was told that my technician would get there between 11:00 and 2:00 and he was at my house at 10:15. That would not have been a problem except I was away from home running errands. Bobby saved the day though. The cleaning was very good, I do appreciate him getting there earlier as opposed to the afternoon and his professionalism exceeded expectations. As a side note, I used a different company to clean my vents on the prior day. I purchased a Groupon for that company. Their lack of engagement really showed as a deep contrast to the level of service I got from Bobby and Zerorez. Job well done!
